Regaining and maintaining your health is priority number one,  and we offer several payment options to help you get exceptional care in an affordable way.

1) Insurance coverage:

We accept most major health insurance, including, but not limited to: Premera, Lifewise, Aetna, BCBS.  Many private health plans like, Regence and Group Health, offer out-of-network benefits for our services.   We will accurately prepare and submit bills, reports, and any necessary paperwork on your behalf for direct reimbursement from your insurance company.  All insurance payments made to The Vital Energy Center on your behalf will be applied to your account upon receipt.  If you’re unsure of your coverage, give us a call, and we’ll explain how to gather the necessary information from your insurance company.  Its quick, easy, and you’ll know exactly what your benefits are for our office.

We also offer direct billing for Auto Accident  (PIP) and Workers related injuries (Labor & Industries claims)

If you have a 3rd Party Claim, we require payment at the time-of-service (TOS)

2) TOS : Time-of-Service

We save time and money when payments are made at the Time-Of-Service and we’re happy to pass the savings along to you by offering a 10-20% discount on all services.

This option is also frequently used by our practice members who are out-of-network and want to save money on healthcare by submitting their own insurance claims.  Its easier than you think, and we’ll provide you with an insurance receipt which contains all the necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company.  And you’ll save up to 20% on all services!

Important Insurance Information:

Most insurance policies cover chiropractic and massage.  However, if yours does not we encourage you to urge your employer or health insurance broker to change your policy to one that does.  Your freedom to choose your own health care provider is a fundamental right.  It is also important for you to understand that health and accident insurance policies are an arrangement between you and your insurance company, and it is ultimately your responsibility to know the policy, coverage, and limits of your particular plan.
